Job Details
We are seeking a senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience of high value finances cases and private children matters who can demonstrate expert knowledge of TOLATA files.
Passionate about your career you will effectively communicate with your clients, providing solutions and resolving problems around high value matrimonial trusts, property and pensions. This senior position offers a high level of responsibility and the cases will require complete attention to detail and accuracy. You will take on some supervisory responsibilities and people management also.
To be considered you will have good IT skills and the established systems and processes are such that you can focus on client work as opposed to managing time-cost billing, in a paperless office environment. A professional who is passionate about family law, who is working as a civil litigator with significant TOLATA experience.
