Job Details
Boasting a highly regarded residential property team within a reputable firm who are seeing significant growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic residential property lawyer to join a busy team who are able to attract an excellent quality of work as much of their work comes in from recommendations and word of mouth. Your caseload will include advising clients on all aspects of residential property from initial instruction through to completion and will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Shared ownership
- Re-mortgages
- Help to buy transactions
- New build
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least one year's post qualification experience within a reputable conveyancing department.
