Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (Part Time can be considered)
Our client is a very reputable practice with multiple offices across North Essex offering long established clients the very best advice in all areas of high street law.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified lawyer to join an accomplished and very friendly wills & probate team. As a Private Client fee earner, you will have a busy caseload which includes, but will not be limited to:
- Wills
- Probate
- Trust matters
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Elderly Client
To be considered, you will have experience handling your own wills & probate caseload, ability to deliver high quality and sympathetic client care and you will build a good rapport with existing clients and attract new clients.
