We are in the process of speaking to a number of clients across a range of sectors throughout the North West and Yorkshire who have established In-house teams they are hoping to grow throughout the course of 2022.

The market is as buoyant as we have ever experienced and we're being regularly asked to keep a watching brief, highlight those candidates who have a client-facing, communicative and pragmatic approach within the NQ to c5 years PQE bracket who have a genuine desire to move In-house.

Commercial, construction, corporate and insolvency skills are most highly sought after, but we have seen an increasing number of commercial litigation solicitors make the transition into non-contentious roles.
