Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Due to growth within their Sheffield Office, the firm are recruiting for a Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property Litigation Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor between NQ to 3 years PQE.

Role Overview:

* Overseeing and supporting with a busy caseload of Property Litigation work

Legal Coverage:

* Termination & Renewal of Commercial Leases
* Breach of Agreements
* Telecommunications & Utility Issues
* Possession Claims
* Professional Negligence
* Development Issues
* Damage, Disrepair & Neglect Advisory Support

Role Requirements:

* You will require experience through a training contract seat, in Property Litigation OR post qualification experience as a Practicing Solicitor
* The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor OR a Solicitor with up to 3 years post qualification experience
* A strong academic record is preferred
