FAMILY SOLICITOR

An experienced Family Solicitor is required by this award winning department. Based out of the firm's Birmingham office you will deal with a caseload encompassing divorce, children and financial matters for high net worth clients.

Role Overview

Our client is national UK law firm with a large client base of owner managed business clients serviced by its corporate, commercial and real estate teams. These clients often use the firm for private client matters and this is where the majority of your client base will come from.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a family solicitor who can demonstrate:

• The ability to work autonomously and without supervision on a full range of family law matters.
• As a guide you would be expected to have at least 3 years' pqe.
• Manage own caseload of private client work, including high value/complex family law cases for high net worth individuals.
• Supervise and develop the skills of other team members including trainees and paralegals
• Good understanding of the court process in both children and financial related matters.
