The firm has a strong Litigation Team which is Tier 1 ranked for their work, so the successful Property Litigation Solicitor must be experienced in dealing with a wide variety of contentious property matters, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes such as dilapidations, leasehold enfranchisement, rights to light, forfeiture, break clauses, and breaches of covenant.

You must be a confident advocate and will have represented clients at the County Courts, High Court, and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Candidates from a mixed background in both property litigation and commercial litigation will be considered.
