The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a motivated individual, looking to join an award-winning team
• You will manage a diverse caseload, including property acquisitions & disposals, development & planning projects, leasehold management, landlord & tenant and real estate aspects of M&A deals
• To align with this, you will have a varied client base covering a range of national retailers, developers and high-end corporates across sectors such as retail, energy and healthcare
• As a Partner, you will also have the opportunity to manage departmental development projects with training to support the progress of your team

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
