Job Details
We are working with an elite international firm who are looking to secure a Real Estate Finance Lawyer on a 3-6 month contract for their highly ranked team in London. The role is to start ASAP and there is the opportunity for the contract to be extended further.
The Real Estate Finance team operates at the high end of the market. They regularly act for lenders on investment and development finance using senior/mezzanine structures. Clients include insurance companies, major banks, and investment funds.
Successful candidates can expect to be involved in a broad range of real estate finance work, acting for lender and borrower clients on matters involving a cross border element.
Ideally, candidates should be available immediately or at short notice; possess upwards of 3 years' PQE in handling a full real estate finance caseload and have gained their experience in highly ranked real estate finance teams within US, City or International Firms.
