Healthcare Solicitor A London office of a very successful law firm employing over 6oo staff require a Healthcare Solicitor to join the Healthcare department supporting health and social care clients. The firm holds a Best Companies accreditation and has a long history in providing legal services to private and public healthcare clients. The Healthcare Solicitor will be either a newly qualified or recently qualified Solicitor and will be required to work on a caseload involving Court of Protection litigation, mental health and mental capacity law, inquests, public law including governance, patient safety CQC and related healthcare regulation, confidentiality and information law.
