Bilingual Executive Assistant/PA - Saudi Arabia

An exceptional and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant/PA to work within the legal team at one of the largest and most prestigious projects being developed in the Middle East.

This position is based in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role serves as the primary point of initial contact on any matters relating to the Legal team (CLO, Directors and other members of the Legal Department), proving a 'bridge' for smooth communication between the team and internal departments. Aside from basic 'PA' tasks (diarising/travel arrangements etc.), the successful client will assist in all day-to-day activities, including drafting basic documents and letters, managing and prioritising tasks in a calm, efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have a proven and extensive track record in a similar role, with Bilingual linguistic skills (Arabic/English - written & spoken) and a Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
