Pensions Solicitor/ Associate

This firm are need expertise on transactional and advisory work in the pensions sphere. You will be used to providing a wide range of advice on pension law matters to private and public sector clients.  Everything from advice on compliance with auto-enrolment including salary sacrifice and moving to new schemes. Advise on public sector from local government to education and healthcare. Support on mergers acquisitions; risk reduction and risk transfer exercises, various project based work including scheme closures, buy-outs, wind ups, mergers and de-mergers.

As part of the pensions team you will be called upon to offer effective, commercially sound solutions to clients pensions problems. This firm offers a great working environment and balance. You would be liaising both internally and externally on pensions matters and working across teams as needed to ensure a smooth delivery of top quality service to clients.
