Job Details
My client, a forward thinking and well established firm in North Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. Location can be flexible between the different offices in York.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of a range of Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant work, Freeholds, acquisitions, retail and development and agricultural land transactions.
The ideal candidate will display excellent client care and organisational skills, work well under pressure and be a strong team player. You should also have a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
