This firm is looking for a Senior Telecoms Litigator 5+ years PQE to join their wider Telecoms, Real Estate & Infrastructure team based in High Wycombe.

This firm has been going through a period of rapid growth over the last 3 years, seeing a rise in turnover from £7.5m to £11m this financial year. Indeed, they have focused on expanding the breadth and depth of their commercial services offering and have expanded into a number of international markets with this in mind.

The leadership team has made a string of key strategic hires across multiple practice areas over the last 10 years, many of whom are ex-City lawyers who want to provide cost-effective legal services to their clients with the backing of a highly modern firm that prioritises innovation and progress.

The role and Property Litigation practice:

Opening for an ambitious Senior Telecoms Litigator 5+ years PQE to join an award-winning team dealing with Telecoms disputes in High Wycombe.

They are seeking someone who:

· has knowledge and expertise of the Electronic Communications Code
· has technical expertise of hostile and non-hostile Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 cases, dealing with access disputes and/or breach claims
· has experience of managing a portfolio of properties/ clients with multiple sites
· is highly skilled at project management and who can prioritise and manage clients

The ideal candidate:

• Property Litigation Solicitor 5+ years PQE with experience in a leading department
• Interest and/pr experience in the Electronic Communications Code
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
