The Firm:

This firm is one of the most progressive firms in the region, offering a great deal of flexibility and a truly friendly environment.

Founded by five experienced Partners the firm is seeking a senior Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE to come across and work as the main contact point of contact for the Bridgend office and to assist their varying client base with their matters.

The role includes:

Working on a varied caseload that includes investment acquisition and disposals, asset management, and developments (residential & commercial). However, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area if preferred.

Along with meeting existing clients and building the further name of the department in the local area.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• Ideally, you will have gained exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
• Comfortable dealing with clients and developing business
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
