A well-established firm based in the heart of Basingstoke require a Solicitor to join their Private Client team on full time, permanent basis.
The successful Private Client solicitor will ideally have Trust experience to join their already established Private Client Department.
The private client team assist with the writing of wills, drawing up lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, probate, trusts and tax planning. They also have specialist knowledge in deputy applications and court of protection matters where families have concerns over the mental capacity of elderly, sick or disabled family members.
