UP TO £42,000
Our client is regarded as one of the top firms to work dor on the South Coast with an excellent Legal 500 ranking for commercial property law. You will also be engaged on a full caseload of commercial property matters including property development; property finance; acquisition and sale of property portfolios and property management.
This role is part of an exciting expansion for the firm and the successful candidate will be a junior individual with experience of general commercial property, drafting contracts and a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation during their training contract or post qualification.
