Conveyancer - Real Estate Team, Exeter 5+PQE

Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer with at least five years PQE to bolster their thriving Real Estate team

The role will involve handling both residential and commercial property matters. The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to manage an existing caseload to include, but not limited to residential property sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared-ownership transactions, transfer of equity, assents and first registrations of title.

As a key member of the Real Estate team, you would be expected to supervise more junior members of the team.
