Job Details
We have a great opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join this top tier ranked banking team at a leading legal 100 firm in their Cardiff office.
You will be a newly qualified up to 3 years' post qualification solicitor joining an established banking team who advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of financing including acquisition and investment finance, leveraged finance, scheme facilities, development finance and renewable energy finance.
As a newly qualified solicitor, you will have either completed a seat in corporate and/or banking & finance and keen to specialise in finance transactions including debt instruments, security, intercreditor arrangements, conditions precedent, corporate authorities and due diligence.
This is a fantastic opening to work closely with senior lawyers, in a welcoming and close knit team, where you will have exposure to advising clients directly.
