Leading, national law firm are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their Cardiff based team.

This national firm are well-known and regarded throughout the market for their expert commercial advice. They work alongside international PLCs, SMEs, and ultra-high net worth individuals across a number of sectors. Their Employment team are seeking an ambitious Associate to join them, with the ideal candidate holding around 4 years or more post qualified experience in the role.

You will take on an active caseload of high-quality respondent matters and work closely with the broader team to support the firms long-standing client base whilst establishing new relationships with the firm. The Employment department are frequently commended for their work and work collaboratively across more complex and high value matters.
