An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified (LLB/CILEX) Paralegal to join a Top UK 100 law firm in the clinical negligence team based in the historic centre of Bath.
The successful Clinical Negligence Paralegal applicant will be providing a vital link between both the client and the firm with having responsibility for managing the file, under the supervision of qualified lawyers.
The duties of the Clinical Negligence Paralegal includes (but not exclusive to):
- Acting as first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Accurately gathering information regarding the potential claim details.
- Arranging funding for the claims.
- Undertake fee earning tasks to assist with running of a caseload under the supervision and management of qualified lawyers.
- Draft legal documents.
- Accurately and appropriately conducting effective legal research.
- Ad-hoc admin duties associated to the role.
