Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking for NQ+ Corporate/Commercial Solicitors to join their dynamic and award winning Corporate, Commercial and Banking team in Milton Keynes and/or Northampton.

You will work with a high quality client base and will have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, disposals, restructures and business reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, refinancing and share schemes and limited liability partnerships.

The successful candidate will have experienced a range of corporate and reorganisation transactions during their training contract and any post-qualification period. You should have excellent technical skills and innovative approach to your work with a strong commercial awareness.

Candidates will also be expected to show an interest and enthusiasm for business development opportunities, ideally with some experience gained in this.
