The role and Family practice:

Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Family Solicitor 3+ years PQE to further strengthen their team based in Reading.

• the family team deals with high-quality of work that includes servicing the needs of HNW individuals
• you will deal solely with a privately funded caseload including but not be limited to; divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, financial remedies and some private children work
• the are looking for an ambitious lawyer who wants to get involved with the strategic direction of the family department as it continues to grow, meaning there are tangible and accessible progression pathways on offer

The ideal candidate:

• Family Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships and utilise a resolution-based approach
