Job Details
Our client, an established US firm in London, is looking for a candidate with between 0-4 years' experience to join the Data Privacy/ Cyber group.
The team supports global clients on legal and regulatory issues, involving data privacy regulation and litigation, helping clients mitigate risk under UK and EU Data Protection laws.
The team works with companies to respond to data incidents which range from small-scale issues, to large, multi-jurisdictional breaches requiring coordination across numerous different regulatory regimes. Lawyers also advise extensively on Litigation matters, involving allegations of fraud and financial crime and in connection with securities laws.
