£35,000 - £40,000
Property Legal Executive or experienced paralegal is required to join a Housing Association in Kent on a one year fixed term contract basis with the view for permanent prospects thereafter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and confident legal executive or experienced paralegal.
The succussful Property Legal Executive or Paralegal will be undertaking the following duties;
- Right to Buy and Right to acquire matters
- Boundary issues and disputes
- Land Registry and Deed Packets
- Covenants and Easements
- Disposals
- Queries in relation to contracts and disrepair
This is a great opportunity for someone who has either worked in the public or social housing sector or those that have worked in private practice and have experiece of handling their own matters. This is a stand alone role which will give you a great sense of autonomy. You will report directly into the Company secretary.
