Here at CRA we are currently recruiting for a specialist law firm with a strong presence in South Yorkshire. The firm place strong emphasis on their Personal Injury department and have an experience team of Legal Advisors and Personal Injury Lawyers on hand to offer their expertise. It is for said department that they are looking to take on an EL/PL Litigator to work closely with the well-established team in Sheffield.

The firm have expert knowledge in this area and thus successful applicants are anticipated to have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within Personal Injury. Knowledge and practical experience of handling EL/PL claims is essential to an application in order to provide the appropriate level of support required by the department.

The role will typically involve: drafting pleadings, application notices, disclosure lists, witness statements, schedules of loss and trial bundle indexes, attending court and performing advocacy, valuing personal injury claims, establishing facts in the context of liability and to appropriately involve the EL/PL Supervisor where input on technical matters is warranted.
