NQ Private Client Solicitor

This successful Cardiff law firm is currently recruiting a junior solicitor to join its leading Private Client team in Cardiff. The role will involve a diverse range of private client work. The ideal candidate will have completed a private client seat PQE and a passion for this area of the law.
Tasks will include:

• Advising on wills and powers of attorney.
• Trust and executry administration.
• Estate planning including the setting up of trusts and other entities.
• Assisting with tax planning advice.
• Involvement in adult incapacity cases.
• Preparing reports for institutional clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NQ solicitor, with a genuine interest in private client law, to gain experience at a highly regarded Cardiff firm.
