A new opportunity has arisen to join this well-established and dynamic law firm in North London.
Our client regularly provides a service to a variety of clients including buy to let investors and property developers. After a successful period, they are now looking to expand the Conveyancing department.
You will be joining a busy, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. The work will be a varied mix of:
- Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases.
- Lease extensions
- Remortatges
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx
- Be able to show recent experience handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- We are inviting applications from those with 2 or more years of PQE but other levels will be considered
