Commercial (Retail Sector) Legal Director / Partner

Exciting opportunity for a senior level commercial lawyer to join this ambitious commercial firm.

Our client is a Top 100 UK multi office law firm which has seen huge growth in the last few years. They are looking to invest further in developing their retail sector experience with the hire of a senior level commercial lawyer with specialist retail sector expertise.

You should already have a credible track record of acting for retail sector clients and should ideally be able to strengthen the team's current offering in one or more of the following areas:

• procurement of complex technology
• management of data
• protection of intellectual property
• payment mechanisms
• distribution channels
• franchising
• logistics

You may be an associate or senior associate looking for a role with swifter career progression or perhaps you're already a partner but are looking to join and ambitious firm which is more aligned to your values. There is the opportunity to join the firm at partner level if this is what you're looking for and your business case supports this. If you're not quite at this stage yet then career progression here is very much based on merit and you are able to control the timing of this. The firm are hugely supportive of assisting individual lawyers to achieve their career goals.
