Commercial Property Solicitor – 4 – 6 PQE – Hereford

The department provides legal advice across the full scope of commercial property and cover everything from:

• City centre locations to rural development
• Small shops to major London offices
• All types of projects including residential and commercial development, strategic land sites, nursing homes, factories, pubs, hotels and schools.

Duties:

• Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Commercial Property issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Commercial Property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
• Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
