Conveyancing Solicitor

My client is a highly regarded long standing Leicester based practice specializing in multiple areas of law including Conveyancing, Private Client, Family Law and Criminal Defence. Based out of central Leicester, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (or legal executive/licensed conveyancer) to join an established and rewarding Conveyancing team in the City.

You will be working alongside the wider Conveyancing team and have responsibility for your own caseload of Conveyancing transitions which you'll see through from instruction through to completion. Your caseload will be truly varied, and you will also handle more complex transactions, such as shared ownership, leasehold matters, lease extensions, sales and purchases of part, plot sales and purchases and right to buy.

You will also deal with all aspects of post-completion, to include SDLT and Requisitions for HMLR and support the senior solicitors with the management and motivation of the wider team as and when necessary. This is a growing department, and it is essential that you can maintain and develop client relationships (old and new) and really work as part of a close-knit team.
