The Role:

You will join this leading, Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

Working with clients that include blue-chip companies, financial institutions and developers, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload of high-quality work. You will have hands-on involvement in transactions that will give you a platform to develop your ability to a high level.

Work includes acquisitions & disposals, asset management, developments and property finance.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer between 2 - 5 years PQE
• Have gained a good grounding in a broad range of transactional Real Estate work
• Comfortable handling your own transactions (with support) and dealing with clients
• Willing to get involved in business development to drive the firm's growth
