Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Southampton (12 month FTC)

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join one of the UK's leading law firms.

Our client is one of the UK's top full-service law firms with multiple offices spread throughout the South of England and Wales. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Property team in Southampton, Hampshire on a 12 month FTC.

The role will involve assisting the fee earners with the legacy of the volume of house builder practice. Duties will include: dealing with solicitors, work providers and clients with post- completion enquiries. You will be liaising with clients and agents by way of updates, correspondence and phone calls. This role is non-transactional and largely non-client facing.

To be considered, you must have some conveyancing experience.

On offer is a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and an attractive benefits package. The firm operate a hybrid working model with a mixture of office and remote working. This role can either be full-time or part-time.
