Competition/Investigations Paralegal - Temporary

A global, multi-national law firm are looking for readily available and experienced paralegals or junior lawyers to support their Competition team.

Working closely with the Competition team in relation to an imminent UK merger control investigation, the successful candidate will provide support with information requests, document disclosure, organising/reviewing documents, preparing for hearings and project management.

The work can be completed remotely or on a hybrid working pattern, although attending the office in person is possible if this is preferred.

Applicants must be either immediately available or have a very short notice period, as this role will start in c.1-2 weeks' time. This project is expected to last for around 6 months.

Although this is a paralegal role, Australian/NZ/South African qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

Applicants must have excellent academics (including a good law degree and preferably LPC) exemplary organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail. They must also be a quick learner and ready and willing to assist the team in a calm and efficient manner.

Applicants must be prepared to work under an 'umbrella' organisation.
