Commercial Property Lawyers

We have excellent opportunities for Commercial Property Solicitors to join our teams in Clevedon and South Gloucestershire.  The South Gloucestershire role will see you running a varied caseload, taking the lead on business development in that region whilst fostering local relationships and making new contacts.  There will also be the opportunity to provide property support to corporate transactions.  This role would suit a 3+ years qualified solicitor with good commercial property experience.

The Clevedon role comprises a varied caseload working directly with our head of Commercial Property.   You will have responsibility for your own matters and also have the opportunity to assist on larger deals within the department.  In addition, there is the opportunity to provide corporate support in respect of business transactions.  You will be expected to build relationships locally and drive business development both within North Somerset and across our geographical areas.  This role would suit a 0-3 years qualified solicitor with experience in dealing with commercial property transactions, however more experienced applicants are also welcome.
