Client

You will be joining a highly successful and extremely well known household name international media and entertainment outlet.

Role

This is a brand newly created position as a result of organic growth and sustained business success.

You will draft and negotiate a rich and varied range of commercial contracts and advise on various additional day to day legal issues including for example in relation to IP, marketing, sponsorship etc.

You will report directly into the Global General Counsel.

You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package.

You will be able to undertake significant elements of remote/flexible working, being able to perform this role mostly from home should you so wish.

You

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction Lawyer with approximately 3-9 years' PQE.  You will have a range of prior experiences in respect of various commercial contracts.  No prior sector specific experience is required.
