Job Details
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor sought for well established firm in North Wales.
Your new company
This is a multi service law firm who are looking to expand their conveyancing team with a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. The firm is well established and has a large client base. This position has been created due to an expanding client base and work load.
Your new role
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
You will be experienced in working independently on a varied and busy residential caseload.
You will be responsible for
- All aspects of sale and purchase transactions
- Transfer of equity
- Re-mortgage transactions.
- Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and money laundering requirements is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' PQE
Confident in working independently with busy and varied caseload.
Ambitious and great attention to detail.
