Enfranchisement Solicitor - London - 2 yrs PQE + Legal 500

A well established Legal 500 London firm requires an enfranchisement & lease extension associate to take over a full caseload.  The role will involve dealing will aspects of Leasehold enfranchisement including;

Collective Enfranchisement, Individual Lease Extension, Right to Manage, Right of First Refusal,  Advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on The Leasehold Reform Act 1967, The Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

The successful candidate can expect to benefit from first rate support from our established team and will be given the freedom to grow the department as well as the opportunity to work from Home.

Candidates will have gained relevant experience from a well-regarded London or leading regional practice and have a strong academic record.

Required is a minimum 2 years PQE within Enfranchisement and Lease Extension work, networking and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
