Major Midlands law firm has a new opening to suit a Corporate NQ to join their East Midlands corporate team.

Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law across the Midlands and is home to a team which handles high-quality transactional work including high-value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner-managed businesses and SMEs across in a range of sectors.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an NQ with at least one corporate seat.

In this role you'll be able to develop your technical skills by working on interesting corporate transactions from the outset, benefiting as you go from close support and supervision as well as a structured training programme. The firm is flexible on location and would invite interest from corporate solicitors looking to work in Leicester, Nottingham or Lincoln.
