Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Highly successful law firm is looking to recruit a specialist in Commercial Dispute Resolution. We expect the nature of the role - supporting lead partners on more complex cases whilst managing your own caseload – will appeal to a solicitor with 0-4 years’ PQE. Applications are welcome from NQ and soon-to-be qualified lawyers.

Initially, you will work closely with lead partners across a range of work including: 

    
•    Commercial Trading Disputes 
•    Shareholder and partnership disputes
•    Director conduct issues 
•    Contract disputes
•    Emergency remedies including injunctions, and search and freezing orders
•    Negligence claims including professional negligence
•    Misrepresentation and Agency Claims 
•    Technology and IP disputes.
