In-house Commercial Construction Solicitor

We are currently working on an excellent in-house opportunity for a lawyer who specialises in construction to join an international construction company that provides project management for some of the world's most unique buildings. The work will be international and encompass infrastructure and environmental developments with a particular focus on the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

This role can be based in our client's London, or Dubai office, or in another office in the South West of England. If UK based, you are likely to be given the opportunity to travel regularly to Dubai.

For this role it is essential that you have experience with construction projects in the Middle East region, either in-house or private practice and can provide excellent commercial legal and risk advice. You must have at least 4 years' experience in commercial construction or engineering projects that includes reviewing, reporting upon, negotiating, and finalising a wide range of contractual documentation, including but not limited to consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, novation agreements, letters of reliance, framework agreements, letters of intent, joint venture agreements, and teaming agreements.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will advise the business on the successful and correct administration of its contracts and legal frameworks. You will report directly to senior members of the global legal team. Candidates will preferably be England & Wales qualified.

Remuneration - Up to £90,000 depending on experience and location + comprehensive benefits package
