OVERVIEW:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal Secretary to join this leading corporate team who can provide support to Fee Earners, Partners and the wider national team.
• The Corporate team consists of 70 lawyers nationally and has been recognised nationally for many legal awards.
• They advise clients on all types of corporate activity across the UK.
• With a client-centric ethos, long-term team stability and the significant experience of the firms deal leaders, they are known and valued for their dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit and practical approach.
• The structure of our highly accomplished national team enables them to offer a partner lead approach on every transaction.
• The role will be based at the Birmingham office.
• A regular office presence will be required but provides flexibility for an agile home working arrangement.
• The successful candidate will be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and clients, proactively organising and managing diaries and taking the lead on tasks to ensure an exceptional and seamless secretarial support service.
