Anthony Gold has a strong reputation for its work in contentious trusts and estates. Dealing with cross-jurisdictional cases, high-value eight figure estates, appeals, novel points of law and cases involving procedural complexity.

The successful candidate will work on the full range of contentious probate claims, including trustee disputes, will challenges and family provision in a busy award winning and highly ranked department.

You will be working with Partners, fee-earners, paralegals, trainees and support staff as part of a team and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards.

Our clients are a diverse group across South London from high net worth to, independent payment and Legal Aid.

You will be self-motivated with a pro-active and professional approach to your work, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively. You are a team player with experience in motivating and developing junior members of a team.

You will have a genuine interest in promoting business development opportunities and/or activities and be able to demonstrate an ability to build effective and positive relationships with both clients and colleagues that embrace the importance of trust and collaboration.
