Residential Property Conveyancer (NQ+)
The ideal candidate will be recently qualified up to a mid level, with experience of handling their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from start to completion. You will be dealing with a varied and mixed caseload such as freehold and leasehold matters, sales and purchases, post completions, remortgages, right to buy and shared ownership.
There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from recently qualified to mid-level candidates. The role is open to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with good quality experience in conveyancing matters, who are ready for a major career step with a growing and dynamic firm.
There will be ample support from this friendly team and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with professional colleagues. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load of Residential Property Conveyancing with assistance when required.
