An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join a highly reputable, international law firm at their Manchester office.
Our client is a rapidly growing firm with extensive international reach and a collaborative network of offices stretching across the globe. This award-winning firm boast an enviable client base consisting of large international businesses, SMEs and global corporations across a wide variety of sectors. Their impressive banking solicitors work proactively to provide expert advice to their clients on a range of international banking transactions.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally are NQ or up to 4 years of relevant experience with a keen interest in Banking Law have ambition to progress your career within this area of law.
You should be able to proactively manage your own caseload of work and have excellent communication and organisational skills to work efficiently as part of your new team.
In this role, the work will have a particular focus on banking transactions (acting both for lenders and for borrowers) but also assisting with restructuring and insolvency matters. There will be high levels of client contact, including ultra-high net worth individuals, so you will use your strong professional client skills to communicate effectively with existing clients as well as developing your own contacts.
