Job Details
Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to join an established in-house legal team. The purpose of the role is to support the GC and Senior Partners within the firm on a range of commercial contracts and to be considered you will demonstrate a passion and experience of IP, GDPR, data protection and compliance.
This position will give you kudos within a financial services arena, and internal relationship building will be key, as you will be the 'go-to' person for a variety of complex commercial matters, including contract negotiations, reviews and data protection with IP law specialism.
We are seeking someone at 8-12 years PQE in Commercial/Contract Law who demonstrates a highly professional and practical approach who can gain trust from peers and managers.
