Job Details
Our client, a well-regarded nationwide wide in Bedfordshire, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Locum to assist their property team.
Starting in August, the role will focus on covering a maternity leave and holiday within the team and will include the following:
- Licence to assign/alter/underlet
- Sale of business assets
- Sale of property at auction
- Leases new & renewals
- Residential lease extensions - statutory and voluntary
- Pension scheme transactions
- Land Registry applications
- Acting on behalf of management companies
Application are sought from qualified solicitors who have a minimum of 3 years' commercial property experience covering a broad caseload.
Hybrid working is available and the role is expected to run until the end of the year.
