Due to continued success, and the implementation of their strategic growth plan, this leading full service firm are keen to speak with collaborative Partners, to further expand their London Office.

With their flagship office in the regions, London was once a satellite office, housing a few experienced Partners, however over the past few years this has developed significantly and will now benefit from further investment and commitment from the firm to make this a core office.

Elsewhere, they are considered a Leading Legal500, and with London rankings coming to fruition over the past 12 months they strongly believe now is the time to achieve their desired growth.

From Day 1, you will have support from Fee Earners & Admin whether that is in London, or work outsourced to their leading L500 Ranked regional teams. Short, Mid and Longer term, you have the autonomy to build your own team & offering in London also, depending on the level of support and model of growth you wish to pursue.

  • Head of Contentious Trusts & Probate (Partner)
  • Private Wealth Partner
  • Employment Partner
  • Agriculture Partner
  • Tax Litigation Partner
  • Residential Property Senior Associate/ Partner (No Following Needed!)
  • Head of Data Protection & Privacy Senior Associate/ Partner (No Following Needed!)
  • Real Estate Partner (Needed in 6-12 Months)

Remuneration is highly competitive, we are discussing a base salary of £120,000 - £250,000 + Bonus, relative to experience, clients and agreed expectations. In line with Hybrid Working policy, most individuals are in the office 2-3 Days per week.

Based upon the success of value contributed coming to fruition in Y1, base salary can be increased further within the range, with Origination Bonus remaining in place also.

Origination Bonus is % of fees generated over target, not just personal billings - but all work introduced to the practice/ serviced by other departments also.

These positions are well suited to Senior/ Managing/ Principal Associates/ Legal Directors with a flair for business development and looking to take the next step in their career, or existing Partner looking to a lateral move with support and autonomy guaranteed.
