The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Commercial Associate to join the firm's buoyant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The L500 accredited Commercial department advise a broad range of blue-chip companies, SMEs and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors such as retail, leisure, healthcare and IT
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload including drafting, negotiating & reviewing commercial contracts; outsourcing; IT agreements & IP matters

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Commercial Solicitor from NQ to 4 years PQE
