Job Details
Leading regional firm has a vacancy in their Dispute Resolution Department.
You will be managing existing clients & building on the client base already established in the area, via networking events and business development strategies. Day to day responsibilities will involve dealing with:
- Residential property litigation to include repossessions and boundary disputes
- Debt enforcement
- Commercial property litigation; lease renewals & dilapidation claims
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Construction disputes
